Gateway role and contracting
Gaming Payment Gateway provides payment gateway technology for transmitting payment instructions, receiving transaction responses and managing operational transaction states. It is not presented as a payment aggregator and does not claim to receive or pool customer funds. Acquiring, receipt of funds and settlement are performed by the relevant institutions identified for the merchant configuration.
A merchant relationship must separately identify the legal contracting entity, registration details, governing law, pricing, settlement arrangements, support commitments and data responsibilities in writing.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms do not themselves create a merchant, payment-processing, employment, agency or partnership relationship.
2. Website information is not a service commitment
Pages describe general gateway capabilities and educational material. They are not a binding offer or guarantee of method availability, approval rate, onboarding, settlement time, legal eligibility or regulatory outcome. Features available to a merchant depend on due diligence, technical scope, market, applicable law and written agreement.

We support only eligible, lawful gaming business models. We do not support prohibited online money gaming, unlawful betting or wagering, deceptive products, unlicensed activity where a licence is required, or attempts to conceal the true merchant, product or fund flow.

You must not misuse the website, probe or bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape at a disruptive rate, impersonate another person, submit false onboarding information, infringe rights, or use content to facilitate unlawful activity.
