This notice is written for practical transparency and is not presented as lawyer-reviewed advice. Contractual service documents may contain additional privacy terms for onboarded merchants.
Service identity
Gaming Payment Gateway is the payment gateway service name used on this website. A merchant relationship must identify the legal contracting entity and the relevant controller, processor and fund-handling roles in written documentation before service activation. This public notice does not replace those contract-specific disclosures.
1. Scope and roles
This policy covers personal data collected when you visit gamingpaymentgateway.com, email our published inboxes, discuss merchant onboarding or interact with services under a business relationship. The gateway transmits payment instructions and transaction states; it is not presented as a payment aggregator that receives or pools customer funds. Merchants and the institutions that acquire, receive or settle funds have their own privacy responsibilities.
2. Data we may handle
- Contact data: name, business email, role, company and message contents.
- Merchant due-diligence data: entity, ownership, authorised representative and business-model information where onboarding proceeds.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, request logs, security events and diagnostic identifiers.
- Gateway service data: transaction references, status, amount, currency, method category and fraud or operational signals, depending on the contracted service.
- Communications: support, integration, compliance and security correspondence.
3. Website analytics
The public site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregate information such as page views, referrer category, device or browser category and performance information. The deployed configuration is intended to operate without advertising identifiers or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may process request and network data to deliver, secure and measure the site. We do not currently install GA4, Microsoft Clarity or advertising pixels.
4. How and why we use data
We use data to respond to enquiries; assess merchant eligibility; provide, secure and support gateway services; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain records; meet contractual and legal obligations; investigate incidents; and improve operational reliability. The applicable legal basis depends on the context and may include steps requested before a contract, contract performance, legal obligation, consent or legitimate interests.
5. When data may be shared
Relevant data may be shared with hosting and infrastructure providers, professional advisers, contracted support vendors, acquiring banks, processors, networks, verification providers, fraud-prevention providers and public authorities when required. Sharing is limited to the purpose and subject to safeguards appropriate to the relationship.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable business record. Merchant and service data may be kept for the contract term and additional periods required for accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, security or legal obligations. Retention varies by data type and role.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or information about processing. Some requests may be limited by payment, security, record-keeping or legal obligations. Email [email protected] with enough information to identify the relevant interaction.
8. Security and responsible communication
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, private keys, full card data or unrequested identity documents by email. Ask [email protected] to confirm an appropriate transfer method before sharing sensitive files. Security reports should go to [email protected].
9. International processing and children
Infrastructure and payment institutions may process data in other countries under applicable safeguards. This website is directed to business users, not children. Gaming merchants remain responsible for player-facing age and consent controls applicable to their service.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when services, vendors or legal requirements change. The “Updated” date identifies the current version.
